YeetStack compares project management, CRM and email marketing software. We keep a checked record of what each tool costs and what its plans include, and we write plainly about who each one suits.
01What you will find here
- Prices you can check. Every plan, on annual and monthly billing, with seat minimums and limits, taken from the vendor’s own pages and dated. When a price changes we record it in a public change log.
- What a team pays. The headline price is for one seat on the cheapest plan. Our pages and the cost calculator work out the bill for a team of your size, including the plans that stop at one user and the ones that bill three seats when you need two.
- A view on fit. Each tool has a written profile: what it is best at, where it falls short, and which kinds of team should choose it. Buyer’s guides list only the tools that suit that buyer, and say why.
02How the pages are made
The profiles and the notes on our most-read comparisons are written and edited by YeetStack Editorial, working from vendor documentation, published plan terms and the public record of each product. They are analysis, not lab results: we do not claim to have tested every tool by hand, and we do not publish user reviews or testimonials.
The pages themselves are assembled by software from that writing and from the plan data, in the same layout for every page of a type. A price is stored once, so a change reaches every page that mentions it. The methodology page sets out the sources, the rules for picks and the formula behind the Value score in full.
03How we make money
YeetStack may earn a commission when you visit a tool through a link on this site and sign up. That is the only way the site earns money, and these are the rules we hold to:
- Vendors cannot pay for a ranking, a pick or a score.
- We cover tools whether or not they have an affiliate program.
- Prices come from public vendor pages, not from partners.
- If a tool is expensive, limited or hard to set up, the page says so.

05Corrections
Vendors change prices and plans often, and we would rather be corrected than be wrong. If a figure or a description on this site is out of date, tell us through the contact page and we will check it against the vendor’s page and fix it.
