YeetStack is a SaaS comparison platform built for people who are tired of sponsored listicles and affiliate-driven rankings that tell you nothing useful. We compare project management, CRM, and email marketing tools using structured product data — real pricing, real features, real trade-offs.
How We Build Comparisons
Every page on this site is generated from a structured database of verified product information. We pull pricing directly from vendor websites, document features from official product pages, and compile pros and cons from real user feedback patterns. Our templates then assemble this data into consistent, comparable formats — so when you’re reading an Asana vs ClickUp comparison, you’re seeing the same dimensions evaluated the same way.
We don’t hand-pick winners. Each comparison lays out the facts and tells you which tool fits which situation. The “best” tool depends on your team size, budget, and workflow — not on who pays us the most.
How We Make Money
YeetStack earns money through affiliate links. When you click through to a tool’s website from one of our pages and sign up, we may receive a commission. This is standard practice for comparison sites, and we’re transparent about it because it matters:
- Affiliate relationships never influence our rankings or recommendations.
- We compare tools whether or not they have affiliate programs.
- Pricing data comes from public vendor pages, not from affiliate partners.
- If a tool is expensive or has significant drawbacks, we say so.

- Email Marketing — tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Klaviyo, and more.
